Located in Atlanta, GA, Gymnetics Fitness’ Group training program is the perfect way to interface with not one,but SEVERAL personal
trainers 5 days a week for a very affordable price! For just $99 per month, you are allowed access to daily fitness classes where you can interact with other women who all have one common goal, to lose weight!

Training sessions are limited to 20-25 participants, so sign up early to reserve your space. Be sure to invite friends and associates who many benefit from additional activity to join in!

If you are new to our facility, register below for your fitness consultation! Your consultation will allow you express your goals and even concerns with your current lifestyle. Your current fitness level will be accessed by a trainer and your customized plan will be created with YOU in mind!

We offer several different programs at our facility including Bootcamp, Spinning, Yoga, Zumba, Weight Lifting, Unlimited Women's Group Training and One on One Personal Training with one of our highly recommended certified personal trainers.

 

Our personal training packages are tailored for each client and a quote is given once you have completed your fitness consultation and we set your personal goals. Prices can range from $75-$100 per session with a minimum of 12 sessions required.

 

At your fitness consultation, you will be asked questions about your current body lifestyle, given a fit test to determine exactly what goals you want/need to obtain and it will be determined which program better suits your fitness needs. You will also have the opportunity to ask us any questions you may have about your fitness journey.

 

There is a non refundable $50 fee for this consultation. This fee must be paid via credit card or pay pal prior to your consultation. 

 

After your consultation you will be emailed your package rate and what programs we recommend for you.

Saturday, 9:00 AM #BootyBootCamp  - $12

Boot camp routines are made with the purpose of burning a high amount of calories in a short period of time and getting results quickly, and this workout is no different! Join us each Saturday at Gymnetics Fitness when we specifically target the butt and legs. This Booty Boot Camp is designed to burn fat, tone, and shape to give you glutes and legs that will stop traffic! 

As an added bonus, many of these moves are dynamic enough that they also engage the core muscles (abs, lower back, obliques), as well.

 

 

Saturday, 10:00 AM Hip Hop Spin - $12

Biggie, TuPac, Lil Wayne, Drake, Gang Starr, Eminem, Flo-Rida, Pitbull, Run DMC, East Coast, West Coast, Dirty South…You get the idea. 

A 45 minute high energy spin class to some new and old Hip Hop jams! This class is a weekly favorite and will get you fired up and ready for the weekend.

• Workout towels are mandatory for your health and safety. We have towels for purchase at the front desk.
• Students under 16 of age can enroll but should be accompanied by an adult.
