Q: What Equipment will I need for my At Home Online Membership?
You will need the following:

• Double Body Curve Waist Sculptor
• Weighted Jump Rope
• Core Gliders
• Lower Body Knit RESISTANCE BAND TRIO (light, medium, heavy resistance)
• Upper Body Rower Resistance Bands
• BGWTOO Edge/ Hair Protector or MASK
Light Set of Dumbbells (2-3 lbs)
5 LB Dumbbells
Heavy Set of Dumbells (8-15) optional*
5-15 lb LB KETTLEBELL depending on fitness level. We typically use 10 lb Kettlebell "In Studio"
Q: If I cant tune into LIVE WORKOUTS, will I be able to view the video at a different time?
A: Yes all Videos will be Saved in our Video On DEMAND library for your use at any time.
Q:How long are the classes?
A: Typically 45 minutes. Unless instructed in Class Description.
Q: Does The music include profanity?
A: Yes, our music includes explicit language but it's at a minimum. Refunds will not be issued based on music selection preferences.
Q:How can I Receive a Consultation before I Start Training At HOME?
A: Purchase Consultation in "Shop" TAB and a GYMNETICS FITNESS Team member will reach out to you via Zoom or Facetime.
Q: How many classes is recommended per week?
A: At Gymnetics Fitness we recommend for you to attend four (4+) classes per week. The more classes you attend the quicker your results will show, the better you will feel mentally and physically.
